Welcome

A world full of Artists . . .

2024 SHOW TO BE ANNOUNCED

Previous show:

Fri 31st March  - Sat 1st April 2023

Fri 6pm onwards

Sat 2pm - late

The Society of Volumes is excited to announce that a selection of The Society of Volumes members will be exhibiting at Kingston Hive, right next to Kingston Train Station. An exhibition of work from a few Society of Volumes Members - to continue the reboot of live exhibitions within Kingston.

A handful of our artist members were invited to exhibit in November because their work includes found objects, and reclaimed or recycled materials. Now we are opening up to some of our other members.

Come and join us from 2pm until late. Providing a platform for artists to share their thoughts about sustainable practices and ecologically-sound art methodologies via talks, and informal discussions, interspersed with poetry and music.

Drinks provided until they run out (bring your own/to share if you wish to!), and all art will be on sale if you wish to support The Society of Volumes artists in exhibition at the show. We're Back!

"I loved the creativity and community that was created by such a wonderfully eclectic bunch of people!  There was visual art on the walls, a film show, poetry reading and live music.  It was also good to introduce artists from other networks in Kingston to the Volumists." - Andrea Campanale
